MANILA, Philippines – June 15, 2026 — Frontier Tower Associates Philippines Inc. (“Frontier Towers” or “Frontier”) is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Transcend Towers Infrastructure Inc. (“Transcend”) from Transcend Infrastructure Holdings Pte. Ltd.
Through this transaction, Transcend, the Philippine operating business of American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) (“American Tower”), is transferring full ownership and control of its tower portfolio to Frontier.
The acquisition adds approximately 400 towers to Frontier’s portfolio, extending the Company’s footprint to more than 6,500 sites nationwide. The transaction marks another milestone in Frontier’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the Philippine tower market, deepen operational scale, and broaden the infrastructure and energy solutions it delivers to mobile network operators across the country.
The acquisition ensures the towers continue to benefit from an operator with a long-term track record in the Philippines. Frontier will assume full ownership, management, and operation of the acquired sites, with continuity of service for all existing tenants.
